You can Thank this Clown for the Mail being Late

Is your mail bouncing from state to state and passing right through your city and sent somewhere else. You can thank this dude and his great ideas. Or is the tracking showing missing time. This is not to excuse those who print labels and delay shipping mail out. This is not an excuse for you who do this.
