    Overall I think this workout went well. I am just really frusturated with my back. I wish it would just feel better already.

          I didn't feel I did the best that I could have this session. The leg press machine is still bothering my back a bit. I really think I could have done more on it but I didn't want to push it. The calf ext and ham curls felt great...I like them alot. I always feel strong while doing them and they don't bother my back either

              I was not happy with this workout. The only two things that were good IMO were the crunches and the cardio. I just didn't feel like I was as strong with the Vert. BP and SP. Oh well.

                              Overall it was a good workout. I was really annoyed with the Naut. Ham Curl machine though. I keep sliding forward on the seat, so it was making my back hurt a little. Then I had to keep readjusting myself every few reps. The LP's were really tough today. I was surprised that I got 10 on my hard set. My legs were toast after that.

                              Now I have 3 days off from the gym since our gym closes tomorrow and doesn't open again until Tuesday. How ridiculous is that. Oh well, hopefully Shawn and I will be able to get a walk in on Sundau or Monday.
