200x15 (I had to stop here b/c it started hurting my back...I think I could of done a few more.)
120x35 (Surprisingly my back was ok with this set.)
Leg Ext.:
stripdownxfailure (60, 40, 20)
**STRETCH**
Light Cardio:
15 min. on treadmill (held 8 lb. dumbells while walking)
Overall I think this workout went well. I am just really frusturated with my back. I wish it would just feel better already.
