    diet: same
    supps: same but added gluc/chon/msm, efa's, and zinc pw.
    gear: t3, clen, dbol, GH

    training: tris, traps, cardio

    tris:

    rope pushdown: 3 sets x 15
    close grip bench: 135 x 15, 185 x 12, 225 x 10, 265 x 7
    push down super set with overhead rope ext: 3 sets x 8-10 reps each
    machine dip: 1 set burn out x 40 reps

    traps:

    bb shrugs: 135x15, 225x15, 315x12

    cardio:
    incline treadmill 30 min, 7% x 3.2 mph upped to 3.5mph last 5 min.

      took pics today, 1 week after previous pics....

      bodyweight 236 lbs...down 14 lbs, wow.

            yeah quite a change in 1 week...

            these second pics were a bit futher away...I had to take them myself with the timer...so I was kinda rushed...

            flattened out quite a bit as well...

            I'm pretty close to where I wanted to be for 12 weeks out, so I'm happy...

                  gear: prop, tren, dbol, clen, t3, gh

                  training:

                  chest:

                  inc bb press: 135x15, 185x12, 225,10, 265x8, 315x6
                  db flye: 65x12, 75x10, 80x8
                  hammer press: plate and quarter per side x 20, then plate per side x ??? burned out with some different techniques...squeezes, half reps, super slow, fast...etc.

                  bis:

                  db curl: 35x12, 40x12
                  one arm db preacher: 35x12, 35x12
                  machine preacher: drop set 80x12, 50x12, 30x20 ouch

                  abs: decline reverse crunch 2 sets x 15
                  cable crunch 2 sets x 20

                  cardio: 7% incline x 3.4 mph for 30 min.

                        Nice weights on the BB incline..

                        LOG is definately a good band to listen to in the gym as well. I used to go tot heir shows 3-4 years ago at small ass clubs, they were fun as shit!

                                extenstions: 160x12, 170x10

                                hams:

                                lying leg curls: 160x15, 170x13, 180x12, 190x12
                                seated leg curls: 170x12, 190x12, 205x10, 220x10

                                glutes:

                                db sumo squats/squeeze: 45x15, 45x15, 45x15

                                I didn't even finish what I set out to do...barely walked out of the gym.
