    Any new cycle's planned

    for the up and coming months?

    As the new year is about to start, I've been putting shit off.. But thats to end..

    test/tren/a cycle of cjc & ghrp/ then back to gh & igf until summer

    anyone planning nything?

      I'm starting off on the first Monday of the year with a 12 weeks ( maybe longer) of 750mg of Test -e .
      I have everthing I need including PCT.
      I also want to do some HGH for my joints and tendons .
      I have continual discomfort with them nowadays.
      I just got to do more research on which ones ( greens, reds) and at what dosage.

      I want to revamp my routine and do some changes , but am at a lost for good ideas as to what I need to change .
      Dog Pound Hand said not to let my bb'ing routine turn into a cardio workout.
      And that is totally opposite of what I've been taught .

      but, I said to myself that is maybe why I'm not making any progress in size.
      Jboldman told me years ago to work out one body part per session w/ about three exercises followed by deep stretching.

        I guess it all depends on your goal.. If your min focus is fatloss, then I could see when your traiing routine would be like one long cardio session with weights.
        however is gaining muscle while losing some extra BF.. you might want to curb that down and turn to more muscle building type routines

        encorporate a little of both..
        so i guess it's all in the goal set forth

            I'm running test at 750 mg a wk and EQ and 600 mg a wk and once this is over and clomid therapy is over ill run tren-winny-nolvadex-cytomel-clenbuterol-and then clomid...sound good?

              WHATS UP ROCKY...its ya boy...how many weeks you gonna run this cycle??

              i would still throw some test into the second cycle...

              i plan on running 750mg sust and winny after new year... going to work hard...

                my boy?...was i talkin to you about this the other day?....bro that test is gonna make me hold some fat isnt it. i know suspension wont do it as bad but test e will...wont it? im tryin to get to like 4-5% BF by the end of may and im only half way done with what i have now...then clomid therapy...i cant be holdin any fat. what do you think bro?

                  the test wont make ya fat... just may hold a little water... strict diet and cardio and Arimidex will combat that...

                  plus the tren winny will make u dry as well...

                  only thing is the tren will shut your natural test production down hard... so its a very smart idea to run test...

                            Indeed. It is no secret that the purpose of pumping iron is to build muscle and/or get stronger. It is NOT a vehicle primarily intended for cardio. If you use it as that, you are not reaping the benefits of a truly good thing. An anology would be running sprints to try to pack on as much quad muscle as possible VS kicking it with the iron doing squats, leg presses, etc. Result? A much less effective answer to the problem.

                            Simply put, you rest long enough between sets so you CAN handle more poundage for reps. Example, you're gonna be able to use MUCH more weight on squats if you rest 3-4 mins between sets vs 1 min only. Shit, for my last heavy set, I might rest upwards of 6-7 mins before I'm ready. Thats common bro.

                              Do you pyramid Up ,Down on certain exercises ?
                              If yes , which ones?
                              Also , do you shoot for failure on your last set ?
