    EQ

I've never run EQ before and I've been reading about how it really increases rbc. If I need to "release" some blood so as not to have any issues, where can I go to get rid of some blood? Who will take it?

I've ran it for years off and on often at high dose and never had an issue with RBC's.

Your local hospital will also have a blood bank usually.

In general, doesn't gear increase blood count and/or rbc?
Shouldn't aspirin be a part of our regimen when on gear?

Jrod Yes. and No, not necessarily. Ideally we would all be getting regular blood work and adjusting our diets and regimens accordingly but of course that's not always happening. Aspirin can put you at risk for bleeding, but when your risk of clotting outweighs the risk of bleeding aspirin may be appropriate.

When I ran EQ I didnt get my rbc checked and I didn't give blood but I know that it made me turn red during my training and if I got mad I turned really red. I haven't ran it since then...

I turned red on some gear before but had pretty good luck with eq. Thought i would be sensitive to it because of the previous time but had no issues.

I tend to turn red a lot especially if I'm mad ... Is being red / turning red easily a bad sign?

My rbc count was too high when I had heart failure and was made to give 2 pints of blood and it didn't lower it until the testosterone shots stopped after a few weeks. I got really red just on test too

Increased blood isn't always a bad thing, is it? Many competitive cyclists will store their own blood and save until an event and pit it back in their body to help them with endurance and increase oxygen.

Right. Slightly higher levels of RBC is ok, possibly even beneficial, but that isn't entirely the reason why athletes blood dope. You want the cells taking up O2 and getting rid of CO2 as efficiently as possible. The size and characteristics of the blood cells change when at higher altitudes.
