Needs some advice

I have recently wanted to start IGF-1 an I was wanting to see if anyone knows exactly how to run it, exact amount of dose an how often injected.

IFG-1 lr3, if this is what you have, you can dose it 50-80 mcg/d for 4 week cycles. It doesn't matter when you inject because it has a long 1/2 life. A lot of it out there is junk. If it is good you will feel incredible pumps 10 days in and you will lean out and get harder if you have your diet down to begin with.

IFG-1 lr3, I am a huge fan of. Like Gly said, if your diet is on point you will have great results if you have the real deal.
