    Meal 1:
    Protein shake
    1 cup liquid egg white
    1 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    12oz chicken breast
    1 cup noodles, sweet potato or brown rice
    1 cup greens

    Meal 3:
    12oz Tuna w/low fat
    3 boiled egg whites
    1 cup noodle, sweet potato or brown rice

    Meal 4: post workout
    Protein shake
    Fruit: apple, orange etc..
    Need help with a pwo carb since im not taking creatine anymore

    Meal 5:
    12 oz chicken, fish or low fat beef
    1 cup greens

    Meal 6:
    Protein shake
    3 boiled egg white

    Protein: 395-405g
    Carb: 200g (will drop if needed)
    Fat: 40g (Olive oil)
    Calories: 2580

    Let me know what you think. Do you the calories look right? Im coming off a 3500 cal a day diet. Also would you guys only intake carbs in the a.m. and pwo?

    I'd swap the carb and fat ratios
