Hey bros, I'm trying to set up a diet for my GF who has never had to diet in her life.. What I have told her is to eat all the protein she wants, but limit the carb intake to 30 grams a day. I told her carb up in the morning for energy, but tapper off in the evening.
I know 30 grams isn't much and she has really been tired. Today is her third day on the diet and she was real weak... Am I pushing her to much on the carbs intake or is this a good amount. I know you guys dont know stats, but she wanting to drop and 15 lbs. She is also running but the lack carbs has her tired. Any advice???
