57 years old and spent 2 weeks in hospital with extreme case of covid
Went in at 230 pounds in decent shape (lifting and 1 hour of cardio a day)
Ate everything in site about 7,000 calories a day while in hospital come out weighing 205 with a o2 tank and a walker
Out of work for 4 months gained back up to 260 pounds of mostly fat
Prior to Covid I could easily lose 5 pounds a week by keto and weights with 45 mins cardio ( have lost up to 7 pounds per week for 10 consecutive weeks by diet and cardio alone
Fast forward to now
I lift 5 days a week heavy weights
Strict keto with zero cheats
90 mins everyday on 15% incline at 3.1 mph
I’m only losing .75 pounds a week and this is maddening
Any insights on how to get my metabolism fixed
Taking 700 mg test and150 mg tren every other day as well
