ive been reading about them a lot... do any of u bros take these?? i know that enzymes are good when ur on a high protein diet but are the benefits worth taking them?? im especially curious about probiotics......

i take probiotics and enzymes... seems to help my digestion and gas or bloating.
the good bacteria in your gut are huge to your immune system..
i take a fermented superfood prebiotic that helps to create the best environment to grow the right bacteria.... sauerkraut is supposed to be great for this purpose.. but i don't like it...Comment

If things are sketchy I definitely chew a few papayas after eating that shit-ton of chicken or ground beef. Makes a HUGE difference in either farting a lot, or not farting at all.
I like naked time with the wife, so I choose not farting at all.
If things remain sketchy I drink some probiotics I got at costco, maybe eat some yogurt for a while, seems to have helped in the past. Same thing for instances like right now, when I'm on antibiotics.Comment
