Back...a mega lat pump is one of a kind. Sure, pumped swollen quads are killa and the cliche bi/tri pump is great too, but when those lats are pumped to the gills, its a one of a kind feeling...damn near feel like you can fly away.
Unfortunately its hard to come by for many...takes a helluva mind-to-muscle connection to get it.Comment

Hmmmm, I thought someone would've put up a smart ass comment about working out their doodle but no, so I won't do it either.
Shoulders by far, even with the pain I get my delts respond to training better than any other muscle followed by my triceps.Comment
