heya guys. i am having some issues with my delt seperation as well and really cleaning up the abs. i am about as low bf wise as is prolly remotely healthy for a woman and it seems these areas are really being left behind. any suggestions?

for shoulders i do bb shrugs shoulder press, db laterals, db fronts, and either upright rows or face pulls. for abs i do unweighted crunches and oblique twists and planks ed and weighted declines 3 times a week. cardio is 40-1hr low intensity on the elliptical 1-2times ED
diet is low cal carb fat

There is nothing you can really do to make your abs stand out outside of lowering your bf more. It is not really like other muscles groups.Comment

my bf is under 12% you can see them but they arent clean and my ribs are extremely visible... i know abs=low bf... point is my body fat IS low im thinking i got the shaft in the ab departmentComment
