I was 280lbs full of lard and then i joined here i was 180lbs yeah i was skinny then. now i am 210lbs. My goal is 240lbs as OLY said i will be at that weight when i reach the age of 28... Thanks bro ANd to the other guys whos been good to me.. especially LOKEDOGG thank you bro for no insulting me anymore lol. Yeah i more mature now than before. hehehe THANKS ONCE Again...
