New pic of progress

As some of you know, I have been transforming myself in the past year. In March 2009, I weighed 265 and had a 40" waist. I was strong in the gym but felt horrible because of my gut, so I went on a diet. I got down to 215 last October, with a 34" waist, but I felt I was too small and it didn't feel comfortable, as I hadn't been that light since 1998.
Well, I have been maintaining 230Lbs BW since Christmas and still have a 34" waist. Since posting my fat pics in May, I thought someone just might be curious as to how I have changed. Hopefully, this will lead to others being encouraged to set goals and work towards them. I am 50 years old.
