    end of the 5th week back

    I'm actually kind of shocked and amazed.
    This training program I put together is giving me great results. My strength is much higher, the pumps are incredible, and I'm still super-setting every workout.
    Short and sweet, in and out of the gym in 1 hour.
    Yesterday I had a new milestone, I pushed 225 for 2 on the incline bench. I haven't done that since 2004.
    Also, I did 1x6 squats with 305 again on Monday.
    Keeping my weight around 235.
    Thank you all for the positive feedback, it really helped me stay dedicated to not miss a workout in 5 weeks.
    This has been a good run.

        Lookin' thicker from what I can see. Dude adjust your cam setting so pix are bigger than thumbnails so we can all see your progress better eh.
