hey guys new to the forum figured i'd throw up some of my pics. The first one is me 16 weeks out from my first contest at 230 lbs. Second is me day of contest at 180. That was back in aug and have been bulking ever since. I am hoping to get up to 250 this go around because i want to move up a weight class hopefully.

Welcome to the board. Lookin' good. Fifty lbs is a shitload to drop in only 16 weeks - thats over 3 lbs a week. Next time you will be better off if you either 1) Give yourself more time to drop the weight or 2) Don't bulk up so much from your contest weight. I say that bcoz losing that much per week means losing alot of muscle also. Keep up the good work.Comment

I totally agree with you. It was a lot of weight to drop, thats why this next go around i'm going to move up a weight class. It's easy for me to get lean though, bulking up is always harder for me. I'm one of those that uses weight gainer to help me in the offseason. lolComment
