I figured I would post a transformation picture. I'm not really the epitome of being jacked right now. But in the past few years I've gained 80 pounds and grown 4" in height. Weightlifting has been a part of life for a little over two years. More importantly I've learned many lessons. Too many lessons to post here. Hahaha. I used to party a lot when the photo on the left was taken. Then I changed my ways. I obtained my equivalency diploma last week. Here's the collage ladies and gentlemen:

Brother you have a great foundation. Whether you pursue body building, which I don't recommend, or you are just a lifelong gym rat like most of us, the lifestyle will benefit you for years to come.
