yeah... i'm starting now to freak out... I still have to practice the T walk, posing, side posing and model posing... i'm comfortable doing it.. next saturday, i have a posing session with Janet Marsico.Comment

Right now I'm 7 weeks away from the competition. I'm on my 2nd week of my new workout and 1st on my new diet. It's been hard, but now it's going to get even harder. I have to bring all my discipline and motivation on to the table and keep my eyes on the prize.
Today's workout was really hard. Not because of the workout but because my monthly friend came to visit. I was nausous and a bit dizzy... it felt like a migrane was coming on. But I still completed my workout (with abs workout) and I did 45 min of cardio (low intensity). My knee was not hurting until the last 5 minutes of the session. Tomorrow, I would have to bring my protein shake and pb with me because i was sooo hungry afterwards.
