I trained today with my workout buddy... I tried to see what is my bench max.. omg i suck... i can only do 85 on the flat bench but in the decline i can go heavier (85lb) today i feel crappy and cramping.. so i decided not to do cardio today... i'll do friday if i have time or saturday..
no abs exercises either.Comment
