After reading GG's report on my artroscan I have decided to stop posting my log after today. It's obvious that I won't be able to lift like I used to -- at least not for a while -- and nobody's interested in cardio or bodyweight exercises.
Not really. My left hip and Achilles are painful and so is my right knee (the total knee replacement was a big mistake). I see the orthopaedic specialist on Wednesday with the results of my X-rays and ultrasound.
