I had my 2nd session of circuit training on those hype Technogym machines on Saturday.
2 rounds of 20 reps of chest press, seated rows, lat pulldowns, leg curls, leg extensions, leg press, ab curls.
On the other days I did 75 min of fasted cardio before going to the animal rescue.Comment

My dream is to be 30 years younger. Unfortunately that’s not gonna happen.

My biorhythms are ....ed. I have zero energy during the day, am sleepy but at 5pm and through the night I’m the Energizer bunny.
