Week 8..in the Austrian Alpes.....because i m no longer home i eat crap last days...
Have a good chest triceps workout last evening..new angles..work on smith machine etc..
The problem is that i feel that i m stop growing...and from now fat apears.
I will reduce the cals and be more careful with what i eat..but still i belive i hit my maximum potential.
Quality of the muscle is great..no water look full but i wan t the bigger...and i don t know what to do...
