            Squat: closer stance: 315x3paused, wider stance 335x3

            Benched worked up to middle finger on inside smooth 315x1

            Did a bunch of sets with 225

            Seated DB shoulder press

            Side delts



            Routine starts back up this sunday. Time to get ready for worlds

              495x a cpl tried to get the last one to touch but it was wobbly so spotters took it. Prolly a good call

              315x4 flared my elbows really bad on the fifth rep and didn't stand a chance missed about 3inches from lockout.

              Not really sure about the new F6 the sleeves are way to long, and the shirt just feels like it has stopping power instead of having a spring to it. Going to send it back to get the sleeves shortened, and see how it feels after that. Will prolly work out in my old 46/42 next week.

                  single ply. I have only ever had single plys. This is going to sound weird, but I swear it's the damn color. Every time they send me a black shirt they are great, but every time they send me a red or blue shirt they suck

                          in all seriousness bro, if I tried that many sets, I would not even be able to move my arms the next day, your strength is unreal.

                            well the 5board presses don't even count for chest they are pretty much all triceps. I doubt I will even be very sore tomorrow as I just feel kinda tired right now.

                            and you can't count when I just bench press the bar:P

                              Well it's been 14days I believe since I have done any lower body work so I decided to give myself a good shock. The squats all felt very solid so I will go up next week on those. It's funny how fast my rack deads/squats go down. Once I stop doing them it's like my body forgets how to handle heavy weight. I'm sure they will come back fast though so no worries, but I was pissed about my grip/back being to weak to do a measly 685.
