Cardio this morning...30 minutes on bike, 20 minutes on stairmaster. I cheated a little tiny bit last night a handful of Ritz chips and some PB...so I upped the intensity of the cardio this morning...that probably does nothing really, but it does my head good. I have to do up somethign to stick on the fridge to remind myself not to be such a wuss :damnit: I'm pissed with myself now
Jesus, you're quick....lol....hey it's my nature to beat myself up....but really, a competition diet has no room for shit like that. The only thing is I'm a little over 10 weeks out, so it won't kill me
Trained chest, shoulders, triceps, back width and thickness this evening before work. Got a new workout buddy - he also competes, so he'll be a great help to me
Incline chest press machine.....140 x 8/5/3
Shoulder press machine.....100 x 8/5/3
Reverse grip bench (smith machine).....70 x 8/5/3
Reverse grip pulldowns.....105 x 6/4/2
T-bar row machine.....45 x 8/6/4
An ok workout....I might go with a 3 day split in a couple weeks
