              Nice looking workout here. Very good numbers too. If I could get my dead numbers up like that i'd be a happy fella. lol. Looks like you are increasing the number of sets you are doing in a days time

                not increasing, I just posted "ALL" my sets warmups AND working sets.......

                this should be not different than normal I do one exercise per bodypart
                back thickness
                back width
                chest
                tricep
                shoulder

                        I'm kinda confused - you're doing deadlifts with 375 x 1, but you are rack deadlifting 300 x 2? Seems kinda backwards... but congratz on the new PR!!!

                            rack deads are odd for me too....its harder for me as I am only 5'8" and where the bar for me isn't the same for the taller people. LOL. Its just "funky"

                                I need to see vids of you guys doing rack deads seriously, the length from a dead lift off the floor compared to the lenght from rack deads makes it way easier to get more weight up. One of the reasons you do them is to use more weight. I could probably get 500+ or rack deads as apposed to my 420+ off the floor. Probably like a 100lb difference..
