Nice looking workout here. Very good numbers too. If I could get my dead numbers up like that i'd be a happy fella. lol. Looks like you are increasing the number of sets you are doing in a days time

I need to see vids of you guys doing rack deads seriously, the length from a dead lift off the floor compared to the lenght from rack deads makes it way easier to get more weight up. One of the reasons you do them is to use more weight. I could probably get 500+ or rack deads as apposed to my 420+ off the floor. Probably like a 100lb difference..Comment
