          yes believe it or not, I was much sharper and more vasuclar 2-3 days ago when I had my shitload...I should have taken pics then...oh well, next time.

          buff, I've added about 15 lbs of solid muscle since last show...easily....

              krispy kremes
              cookies
              pop tarts
              pizza
              french toast
              eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, toast

                      I've had 2 cheats so far in 7 weeks time....the first one was only 1 meal.

                      I'll just be playing it by ear...depending on my progress and conditioning...I will probably have at least 1 more shitload prior to the show....maybe 2.

                            extensions: 3 sets x 15 - 100 lbs
                            bb squats: 135x15, 275x12, 315x10, 365x10
                            press: 18 plates x 15, 22 plates x 15
                            smith squat: 315 x 10 superset w/ extensions 140 x 10 (2 supersets)

                            lying leg curls: 100x15, 140x12, 140x10
                            db stiffies: 60x10, 60x10
                            seated leg curls: 120 x 15, 120 x 15

                            slow walk on treadmill to cool down and loosen up a bit for 10 min

                            I'm taking my body to the edge now...puking and passing out are very close

                              5:30AM - calves, lower back, cardio

                              calves:

                              4 sets seated calf raise, 20 reps each
                              4 sets standing calf raise, 15-20 reps each

                              lower back:

                              4 sets hyperextensions, 20 reps each

                              Cardio:

                              30 min stair mill....level 5



                              6:30PM - abs, cardio

                              abs:

                              cable crunches: 3 sets x 20-30
                              knee ups: 2 sets x 15
                              decline crunches: 2 sets x 20 superset w/ decline leg lifts x 15

                              cardio:

                              inc. treadmill 12% at 3.2 mph
