      it's not bad....just gonna baby it this week...

      thanks man, I'm at about 2400 cals/day.

      so these leg workouts take it all outta me, lol

              IG, thanks for asking...it is feeling better...it's amazing how crucial that first immediate care is when you pull something....it's doing much better...no real pain, but I can feel it there...just a bit weak...I should be ok for a light ham workout on tuesday...we'll see!

              wide underhand grip pull downs: 120x15, 150x12, 180x12, 200x10
              t bar row: 4 plates x 12, 5 platesx10
              hammer low row 1 arm: 6 plates x 12, 8 plates x 10
              close grip v handle pull downs: 150 x 12, 170x12, 180x10
              25 lbs weighted hyperextensions: 3 sets x 20

              rear delts:

              1 arm bent over side laterals cable: 25x15, 30x12, 35x12
              rear peck deck: 170x12, 160x12, 160x12

                    gear: added primo, added winny, gh, clen, t3, keto

                    training: delts, bis, tris

                    delts:

                    seated side db laterals: 20x15, 35x12, 45x12
                    seated db press: 70x12, 100x10, 100x10
                    upright rows superset w/ side laterals: to fail on both...used 25 lb dbs on side laterals, and 185 lbs on upright rows.

                    bis:

                    incline db alt. curl: 30x10, 40x10, 45x10
                    straight bar cable curls: 50x15, 60x12, 70x12
                    one arm cable curs: 40x12, 3 sets
                    static reps on one arm preacher curl: 2 sets x 5...at the end of that I couldn't move my arms, lol

                    tris:

                    wide grip pushdown: 80x15, 90x12, 100x12
                    close grip smith press: 225x10, 2 sets
                    one arm reverse grip pushdown: 30x12, 3 sets
                    rope pushdowns: 2 sets to fail at 50 lbs

                    I was spent after this....

                      well sunday I felt really sick...flu like symptoms...and still not 100% today...I think it was that damn primo...

                      anyway, leg is healing...but still not 100%....I'll just go light on leg day for hams...

                          not bad, at all...

                          get some tingliness and numbness here and there...especially when I sleep or lay on my hand/arm/shoulder...but that happens when I sleep with or w/o the gh...lol

                              it's gotten SOOO much better since I lost the extra water weight...

                              sick...from the primo I took on Sat....and my quad is KILLING me...bad...one of the worst injections ever...only thing worse was the primo acetate I took last year...

                                gear: prop, tren, winny, gh, clen, t3, keto

                                training: AM: cardio 35 min inc treadmill 8% at 3.2mph, PM: chest, abs

                                chest:

                                inc db press: 70x15, 90x12, 105x12, 115 x 9
                                cable flys seated: 50x20, 60x15, 60x12
                                low inc smith press: 225x12, 275x8
                                decline hammer press: 2 plates/2 quarters x 15, 4 plates x 12, 4 plates x 10 strip 2 and rep out with 2 plates.
                                (chest was really big, full, tight, and in pain...loved it...(I put winny in my chest on Sat)

                                abs: 3 sets of cable crunches w/ 60lbs 35 reps, 35 reps, 30 reps...ouch

                                until tomorrow...
