~~~ Ran out of time and almost didn't go to the gym today. Said F*** That. LOL. Left the dishes in the sink Went to the gym and rushed a workout Screwed up trying to do that, but oh well. I been so damn busy with school and shit lately it's taking a toll. I actually ended up sorta supersetting the pullthrus with the pulldowns, got the pullthrus finished, then had to superset the pulldowns with the curls. It was either do that or skip some stuff so I decided to try and cram it all in there. I was spent by the end of this. I got done in 40 minutes.
Flat Dumbells -- 90 x 5

Heavy Abs
Was only shooting for 3 reps on my flat bench, but somehow way misjudged my strength on that one. Either a) I was real week or drained last week, or b) the CEE is starting to kick in But either way, not complaining.... Overall felt pretty good today. Took about an hour to do today's gig...
