Today I did traps and a little bit of bi's. Trying to improve on traps a bit
I'm working out in the early AM cause of my work. How do you guys training in the AM?? I'm having a shitty time getting use to it. I just cant hit them weights heavy in the morning like that. Maybe I need to get up earlier than what i'm doing so i'll have time to wake up..lol.Comment

I just cannot train in the morning. I have always been a night person. It makes for a long day when I work from 8am-8pm and then go train, but it's what I prefer. And I just don't have the strength or the interest in the mornings. I might be dragging my ass at work some days, but knowing I am going to the gym when I get off, perks me right up! If I trained in the morning, I'd have nothing to look forward to all day. Is that sad? LOLComment
