    Your pullups are commin along Zoila. Great job! Did you try to do any unassisted? How did it go if you did?

      I didn't try the unassisted... but i did had a struggle with the assisted.... like my arms didn't know what was going on..

          it was my second time doing them... i tried it last week... and i was not struggling.

            What's different besides the amount of weight? What do you mean "didn't know what to do"? Were they shaking?

              I said "didn't know what was going on"... .. My biceps was hurting me... It just felt different.

                Which bicep, the one with the hand turned towards you or away from you? Hurting as in pain hurt or stressed muscle hurt?

                  It takes a while with the natural stuff. Fish Oil is an essential supplement that you should take everyday. I have been taking the chrominum since the summertime and I have noticed that have more energy throughout the day and I don't crave sweets at all. I really can't say how long it took to see results. Natural supps you may have to take for at least a month before seeing anything. It will be suttle changes, nothing drastic.

                    Thanks Yettamae for the info... I'm not craving any sweets for the longest... i know it's not from the natural supps because i started taking them this week... last night was the only time that i wanted chocolate.. the good .. gooie chocolatey cake... "sigh".. Today, i'm not craving for anything..

                    Today i did shoulders. It was challenging but i through it... i'm going to post in a few minutes.
