    yes you did but a menu from denneys will that help me lost weght no
    i want it like this
    monday for breakfast eat___? for lunch eat__? dinner eat_?
    tuesday for brekfast eat__? lunch eat__? dinner eat__?
    add snacks in there healthy
    and do it for a week
    what is so hard about it cjas did 2 days for me
    i do not want it like this
    meal one
    ?
    ?
    meal 2
    ?
    ?
    meal 3
    ??
    and so on no not that way
    like this on m

    and so on for the week
    o.k
    i am not mad at you,, your all great
    and please do not send me menus from a fast food place it will not help anyone lose weight from matt blake

      meal 1 is BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!
      meal2 is snack!!!!!!!!!!!
      meal3 is LUNCH!!!!

      and soo on, whats so hard about figuring that out

        put in a menu form like i posted o.k
        i will not pick from a list o.k i need to have a menu for the week so i can post it on the ice box please i did nothing wrong for the war you all started.
        cjas is the best cjas wants to help me contact here cjas and see how she is going to help me she is the best i know on this form i can't understand why it is hard to get real help
        i like you all but yoy do not want to realy help a board member out
        i may be acting nuts to you but i have problems picking for a list it need to be in a menu form so i can post it on the ice box o.k from matt blake

                    SUNDAY....
                    FOR BREAKFAST EAT...50g(protein) shake, with a pack of oatmeal mixed in, fish oil caps.
                    FOR SNACK EAT....6 egg whites, with one or two whole eggs, two packs of oatmeal..(flavored is best)
                    FOR LUNCH EAT....6oz. chicken breast, a sweet potatoe, fish oil caps...
                    FOR SNACK EAT....lean turkey sandwitch on whole wheat, with avocado
                    FOR DINNER EAT...salmon filet, half cup of brown rice, veggies
                    BEFORE BED....tuna salad
                    MIDNITE SNACK-OPTIONAL-...cottage cheese and egg whites

                    MONDAY...
                    FOR BREAKFAST EAT....protein shake, with oatmeal, fish oil
                    FOR SNACK EAT...eggwhites and one whole egg, oatmeal..and maybe a couple pieces of turkey bacon
                    FOR LUNCH EAT...STEAK...(mmm steak), brown rice, salad, fish oil.... FOR SNACK EAT...chicken breast, sweet potatoe,
                    FOR DINNER EAT...salmon, with a half cup of brown rice, veggies
                    BEFORE BED...one can of tuna mixed with some salad

                    TUESDAY..
                    FOR BREAKFAST...protein shake with oatmeal, fish oil
                    SNACK....eggwhites with whole egg, oatmeal....
                    LUNCH...lean turkey sandwitch with whole wheat, with avocado
                    SNACK ..chicken breast and brown rice, fish oil
                    DINNER...tilapia filet, with brown rice..salad
                    BEFORE BED...salmon filet, with sweet pot or brown rice, veggies
                    MIDNITE OPTIONAL ...tuna salad...or shake

                    WEDNESDAY.....
                    BREAKFAST...protein shake with oatmeal, fish oil
                    SNACK....eggwhites and cream of wheat omlet.....(thanks for the recipe HM)
                    LUNCH....steak with brown rice, fish oil
                    SNACK....salmon filet with sweet potato
                    DINNER....chicken breast with brown rice
                    BEFORE BED...tilapia filet and brown rice, veggies
                    OPTIONAL...cottage cheese and egg whites...(hardboiled), and avocado..all mixed togethter

                    THURSDAY....
                    BREAKFAST....protein shake with oatmeal, fish oil
                    SNACK....egg white and cream of wheat omlet...
                    LUNCH...chicken breast with sweet potatoe, fish oil
                    SNACK...tuna salad...with brown rice on the side
                    DINNER....chicken breast, with brown rice.
                    BEFORE BED ....salmon filet, with brown rice, avocado
                    OPTIONAL.....protein shake

                    FRIDAY.....
                    BREAKFAST...protein shake with oatmeal and fish oil
                    SNACK....eggwhites with cheese(lil bit), oatmeal or cream of wheat

                    DINNER...chcken breast, sweet potato
                    BEFORE BED...salmon with brown rice, veggies

                    SATURDAY....
                    BREAKFAST...protein shake, with oatmeal, fish oil
                    SNACK....egg whites and cream of wheat omlet/pancake..
                    LUNCH...chcken breast and sweet pot, fish oil
                    SNACK...steak wit brown rice
                    DINNER...chicken wit brown rice
                    BEFORE BED...salmon filet with a half cup of brown rice, veggies

                        At Matt's level i;d have him eating carbs just for the first 3 meals of the day only....or maybe just breakfast and post workout and just a small amount of complex carbs pre-workout ( 1/2 cup of oatmeal or sum just to fuel his workouts) IF he doesnt hit the gym after breakfast.thats it..then proteins either with salad or healthy fats for the last 3.

                        kung -fu is awesome but cardio ,lots of it should be priority in this program...for now.

                              i like that diet but i can not drink protine shakes sorry do not ask why . can you make a menu without shakes.
                              i like the diet above i p.m. you and gave you an aderss where you can send the diet to me and i like the for mate
