Very nice gym bro, but I'm one of those guys who needs to go to a gym with women to distract me.

A mere remanent of what I used to have; when not changing shitty diapers being a father, mother and an inmate, I spend all my time between here-

They're hex 100lb dumbbells . I got 25-100lb set I've had for 12-13 years. 750lbs in olypmic plates. Trap bar,ez curl, full size, thick bar and all cable attachments. I can put 450lbs on my cable. Actually all that shit but the punchman I've had that long. Use to always have a heavy bag hanging since I was 12 y/o. Got the York squat rack and all the weights in 98 when I had a year of inhome so I could continue to train while stuck at home. Gotta add I got huge and strong as fuck during that year. I could toss those 100's up and bang out 15-20 reps standing military. When I finally got back to the gym it killed me to see how weak and feeble everybody was fucking with the dumbbells. I remember tossing up the 120lb db's in the gym(with a slight bit trouble gettin into position) and banging out 8 clean standing military presses. Fuckas round these parts acted like it was some herculean feat. Strong yeah but not world class.

Guilty as charged...since all the old "dungeons" seem to be a thing of the past. There is an old "hardcore" gym across town. A couple in fact, but the closest one is over 1/2 hour each way.

Most fitness clubs don't even have a set of 100 pound dumbbells. Impressive setup Loke.

Aw John it ain't much. But you know- whaddaya need but some iron; dumbells, barbells, bars, squat rack and a bench? I mean not like I gotta have a tv while I dance to the fucking oldies and a hot tub post workout like Roxanne there My post workout consists of stretching then 5 minute intervals of punches & kicks for 30 minutes to an hour 3-5x week.
