Biden's lips are always pursed (tight), probably because Obama and Emmanuel continually tell him to keep his mouth shut.
Obama has liver-lips. They look like two strips of liver, and they never sit still. (You know how liver is always jiggly).
Bush doesn't have any lips, just like a bird.
