Guys....I've been working hard in the gym but I just don't think my form is quite right....I made this vid not only for self critique but also for my girlfriend....I'm going for a new personal best....I didn't quite get it but any help on how to improve would be greatly appreciated....thanks...

believe it or not..I actually rolled down my bench when I went to failure...couldnt lift it and had no spotter...The Big HUNGarian
