Magnesium is the key to the body's proper calcium uptake and assimilation.Magnesium taken in proper dosage can solve the problem of calcium deficiency.
I learned years ago about the importance of magnesium in balancing calcium in the body. I had a kidney stone in 1987 and did extensive research to understand how it formed in relation to my particular diet at the time. I searched around and found this very extensive article which explains it better than I ever could. Godspeed to better health, Lifts! I hope this article sheds light where the modern medical field refuses to enlighten.Comment

I was taking oral D3 and tanning making more D, D spikes calcium and I was taking way to many tums feeding the raise in calcium, I also normally eat a lot of dairy. I was using malotan 2 as well, I don't know yet if this was a factor or not. I had heartburn from hell, puked four days straight, lost 10lbs at an already light weight. I'm feeling pretty good now.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-MuscleComment
