I had a double surgical biopsy

This past Monday I had a scope down my throat and a double biopsy of my pancreas taken. Prior I had a blood test Cancer Ag 19-9 taken it was a little higher than normal, this is a specific test for pancreatic cancer. I also had a abnormal CT scan of pancreas. My doctor said he thought it was highly unlikely that I had cancer, but we needed to be certain. I got an all clear on the cancer front. BTW liver was healthy. The abnormal CT was due by inflammation was caused by a recent bout with pancreatitis.

At least everything turned out ok. I hate going to the doc. I won't go unless there is something wrong which could present a problem now since my ass is getting old.

Glad to hear that. My first colonoscopy I had 11 polyps, none were bad thank God. I think that was 11 straight years of growth hormone personally. Havent had any since. I come from a family with heart issues, but also a family that eats old school mid west style. Meaning chicken fried steak with biscuits and x2 gravy etc. Their all fat and slow as a result. I get a stress test every year and imagery to stay on top of it. And Im scared every time, I wont lie. But it sure feels nice when Im clear.

That's one thing off your chest, Lifts, as you dodged a big bullet. Taking care of your health is the biggest thing as you get older. Keep fighting the good fight!

I'm 65 now and wanted to get everything checked out, I wasn't having any problems, but after decades of gear use I was wondering. I made an appointment with a digestive and liver specialist. He was through and now I know that pancreas, liver and intestines are in good health.

Recently I just completed a complete workup with a kidney specialist. My kidney's are also gtg no disease or impairment. I was worried about my kidney's because I have done a lot of var over the years. Also I was severely dehydrated a couple from stomach or intestinal viruses that gave me shits and pukes.
