So, I'm considering running GH for... I don't know, 3 months? 6? No idea what to do here.
But I'm looking at myself getting older, having those nagging little things showing up... and I want to keep myself running at as high a level as possible. If GH can thicken up my tendons and ligaments, help with bone density, whatever the hell else... I want to do it.
But will it? And how should I take it? Some say at night, some say night is when your body makes the most so do it other times...
