    Will GH Assist with Awesomeness?

    So, I'm considering running GH for... I don't know, 3 months? 6? No idea what to do here.

    But I'm looking at myself getting older, having those nagging little things showing up... and I want to keep myself running at as high a level as possible. If GH can thicken up my tendons and ligaments, help with bone density, whatever the hell else... I want to do it.

    But will it? And how should I take it? Some say at night, some say night is when your body makes the most so do it other times...

    Help a GH newb out!

        Take it for as long as long as you can afford to. There are tons of theories of when and how to take growth, I’ve always had the thought process that as long as it gets in your body that’s all that matters in the end. For most people if you’re not competing and on a strict regimen doing the same things at the same time every day for months on end just isn’t feasible. As long as you get it in your body once a day you’ll be fine.

          Joints, skins, sleeping, overall mood will improve.

          It’s not cheap for the good stuff but worth it.

            I agree with this. The stuff works as long as you get it in at some point each day, and the “five days on, two days off” stuff seems just to save money and make a kit last longer.

            I just take it everyday, at whatever time I get the chance. Don’t overcomplicate it. There is no bad way to do it, as far as I can tell.

              Brutal, clear your pm.

              Do you guys wait an hour before or after taking to eat anything or consume any carbs? Does that even make a difference?

                I’ve been told by guys smarter than me that it does make a difference but only maybe a 10% difference at most. But when your paying the big bucks for pharma U may want that extra 10% because you’re using a smaller dose. Or at least the most bang for your buck.

                  I take mine either before bed or preworkout.

                  I do bedtime when I'm not training because sleep is when we heal and grow the most.

                  I take it preworkout because of Dr Serrano and John Meadows here-
