Hey everybody been snooping around this site about five years now without posting anything. I come here when i got questions about gear or training and usually get the answers i need from doing a subject search. Has been a great resource for me.
I'm 48 not getting any younger but still pumping and trying to look like something. 5'9 between 210 and 220 need to be about 195 or 200 but love to eat and drink beer. Electrician by trade bout 20 years now, got to blow off steam you know. In Alabama so got to say roll tide this time of the year. Thats about it. Not reaklly good at the posting but i'm gonna try to catch on.
