    hi everyone,getting started into bodybuilding again after a absence due to injurys and a divorce. time to get outta the doldrums!

                                                  Thanks! forgot some bio,im 36,6' and around 230(give or take a lb) got serious about 6 yrs ago with bodybuilding.been out for awhile with a heriated disk problem and other bullshit in life.Lots of good info here!!
