Little background on me. 35 (almost 36) year old female. Dental Hygienist 17 years. I used to be in the gym 5 to 7 days a week and a strict dieter. To my own personal faults I fell lazy about 2 years ago and am no where near the shape I want to be in. I'm 5'9 and used to be a solid 135 now I'm roughly 155 and softish. I have recently as of January this year gotten back on track but it seems no matter what I try I can't get to where I want to be. I mean maybe I'm being impatient and I know I'm older but jeez, you would think 9 months is a good bit of time to turn around? My goal is really just to drop about 10 pounds of fat and of course gain any muscle I can. Hoping this forum will help me learn more than I know that might kick start me. Thanks!
