Hey everyone. I'm 28 years old, I've been lifting since I was 15. Started hormones at 21. I'm a bodybuilder, turned powerlifter, turned marathon runner, turned gimpy gym goer.
I am 6'2," 240lbs, and 12-15%ish body fat. My weight did not agree with training 35+ miles a week. Ended up with stress fractures in my tibia and fibula doing a half marathon. Currently still in a boot, but crutching around the gym 5 days a week. Can't wait to start legs again!!!!!!
I will start triathlon training this summer if my leg does not prevent me from doing so.
