well I weight 220, but I feel like shit

are fitness center closes early so I had to cut weight earlier than I wanted. Here is what I had to do
Starting weight 225.5

Sauna: 30min (constantly wiping sweat off with a towel)
Post 30min bw: 224 Shocked I thought this is going to suck
waited 15min outside sauna constantly sweating bw:223
Sauna: 22min bw 222.5 crap
wait 15min: 222
Sauna: 18min bw 221
post bw 220.5
Sauna: 15min
Post sauna 219 and still sweating

Taking a shot of pedialyte now to get some fluids flowing again. Now I have to drive home and I feel like crap

did this earlier done around 7:00pm[/B]
 
220 - nice. I was at that weight about 6 weeks ago, now back to 242lbs. How is the powerlifting training coming along Matt?

I know its been a while since I've been seen around these parts - but I've had some personal things to tend to.

hey akira, I hadn't done much of anything lately. Well that was up until my strongman comp this past weekend where I tied for 1st:)
