got some freebies, anyone know about this stuff?

a friend of mine works at GNC and everynow and then, she brings me home stuff they let her have free, some are samples, some are full size bottles that maybe close to exp date or whatever.........anyhow, last night she gave me the following, has anyone tried these, and if so are they worthwhile or worthless?

ok here is what I got:

Fizogen Blitz Cycle 200 caps
Stallones Post workout Reloaded 192 caps
MuscleTech Thermo shred 50 caps
MuscleTech PumpTech 100 caps
Twinlab Amino Fuel 2- 16oz bottles

if anyone has any opinion on these, let me know.....
 
well tried the muscletech pump today took it 30 min before lifting and all I can report is that my chest/triceps felt like they were gonna rip thru my skin, almost a painful pump.

then I tried the amino fuel, YUCK, one serving is all I am gonna take, it goes in the garbage!
 
not sure G4E I have heard of some of them but only in BB mags so you better watch out :)
 
hey if you get Y3 as a free sample and such send it my way.
 
Y3 is supposed to be a Yohimbe based fat burner... been taking it all week and all I have noticed is that I am having a hard time staying awake all day, and I'm freezing most of the day... so I am pretty sure it is not doing anything. WIth Venom at least I was wide awake and warm because of the increase in metabolic rate.
 
oh I hate yohimbe, i get the cold chills as well, I do not think I will be trying it
 
well that is why I want to get some freebies! lol.. just saying.. Venom didn't work for me... or that I know of, I have been taking 2 in the morning and such.. but don't feel anything that I know off.
