for those who may not know me, my name is chaos. i'm an older bodybuilder of 45yrs, and have served our community in every capacity from member to board owner. i'm a bit of a lab rat, and teach homebrew to everyone from new members to UGlabs. i have learned a little something about our lifestyle over the years, and firmly believe that it is the 'vet's' respensibility to educate, motovate and encourage other members. i believe in honor above all else and try to pass that on to as many as i can. i'm always available to help with anything....but i'm naturally lean so don't ask me about 'diet', you'll end up fat and mad at me...lmao

Chaos is too modest....his resume reads like a who's who on the boards.
