hey everyone, bringit here. i'm a long distance runner hoping to learn a little more about the scientific side about my sport. i compete in the 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, and 5000m, and compete in cross country during the fall/winter. i train extremely hard, lots of high mileage with an emphasis on threshold and tempo work. i'm up for any new ideas, and have pretty thick skin so i'm not afraid of being grilled for asking questions that might seem obvious to you, but complicated for me...cheers!
