Recipes look interesting. Like mrhtbd, I'm always looking for new egg recipes. When you subtract the yolk and cheese, you need to spice it up in other ways. I thought about using those pre-packaged egg whites, but when you can buy a dozen large eggs at just over a dollar, I chose to take the time and crack those babies.Use cartoned eggwhites from www.eggnation.com I use a half litre (about 15 eggwhites) with 50g oatmeal, 1 tomato (chopped small), tiny pinch of sea salt and some cracked black pepper, whisk (never blend!) and fry with a few sprays of cooking spray. Add some Schwartz Season All to taste (a pinch).
