Had a weigh-fest with my girls last night (sans mom).
The 4 year-old jumped on the scale; 41.5.
Alright...high fives all around. Yeah!
The 9 year-old gets on the scale; 50.5.
(Whoa, kid's got the figure of a run-way model).
I told mom she's gonna have trouble with this one.
Winks and high fives all around.
Dad gets on the scale; boom: 240.5.
Whaaaaa?
Kids are laughing, giggles abound.
Hey mom, daddy's......ahahahaha!

In my defense I would like to add I had just eaten some pretzels and was wearing a t-shirt.

So, March 2009, 265#, 40" waist.
October 2009, 215#, 34" waist.
April 2010, 240#, 34" waist.
Haven't lifted in 3 weeks.
Damage control time,
now "git-er done!"

I took the man-zere off. The wires kept digging in.
Been back down to 234 since then.
Need to get back to the gym.

Have fun with that, i was 250 once, never again.

Happy as could be at 210
210 is where I feel best. Under 200 and I don't feel as strong. At 240 my respiration and heart rate are off and I have far less energy.

I was just having noticeable physical problems...flexibility went out the window, i walked pretty funny, i was always sweating and getting tired doing simple things

I know what you mean about increased flexibility.
Concerning optimal weight, well, when I went down to 215 I was definitely gaunt. Too thin too quickly.
