Bulking and Weight

Ive seen guys on the forums bulk and gain crazy weight/muscle in just weeks. What's the secret? Do you guys have chefs!? Where's small guy at!? Lol
I can gain weight quickly, but it's not the "big" looking weight ya know. I just seem to weigh more..?
What protein/carb/fat ratio are you guys using or are some just blessed with good genes?
Is it 2grams of test!? Lol

When I try to gain weight really fast, a good portion turns out to be fat. I learned a long time ago that I was destined to be a smaller guy.
 
Im curious about this too shovel..My next cycle will be sust/deca/dbol to bulk in the beginning of a 20 week cycle so I want to make sure that I bulk right....
 
food food and more food. I dont know how to eat that much clean but sometimes i try. But usually I cant get it done. Which is why I am 6-0 220 at 10% and have been for a long time. Unless I adjust diet, bigger cycles and harsher compounds just make me red and veiny. I am on tren ace right now, and have lost weight. I like the way I look though.

I ran 4 -5 iu ED GH taking all of it post workout and I added 10lbs of good looking weight almost overnight. Then it stopped. Then I stopped taking the GH and I lost 10lbs again almost overnight.
 
I'm stuck at 236-238 for bout 4 months now which is pathetic for what I'm on, eating to the point I can barely tie my boots at anytime of day, absolutely miserable and can't possibly eat more than I am. I am slowly losing fat so there are muscle gains happening so that's why I'm not freaking out yet but still dissapointed. I want 260 but realze it still 2 or 3 years away if my body can realistically carry that kind of weight. Time will tell, I'm just glad to hear I'm not the only one stalled out. How the fuck does buffy do it, he's been steadily putting on the weight for 2+ years now.
 
Cuz he's been bulking for 2 years straight! Lol

That's what I'm gonna have to do is go thru a summer and not look like jersey shore, just stay big!

You know it also takes drug tolerance. Good genetics and the ability to feed those genetics lots of drugs without getting ill.

Not really sure what everyone is after. 5'10" at 240 and 12% BF is not a small person. Maybe take it down a notch for a little while so you respond to everything better when you hit it hard again. All the hard PED use and heavy training gets to be like going 48 hours without sleep and then trying to do another 2 back to back construction shifts.
