My right hip flexor gives me problems when I do squats. It makes it impossible to do them at times. I am working on stretching it out to get it loosened up. I also started using the electronic muscle stimulator before bed to see if that helps. Does anyone have any tips on better stretches that...
Needless to say the more I learn the less I know. Been involved in weight lifting since I was a wee tad and I am continuing to expand my knowledge. Looking to gain more from some of the experienced guys. Cant beat experience!
